This scholarship entitles you the opportunity to attend a workshop of your choice. Applicants should have a sincere desire to improve their artistic skills. You must be willing to share what you have learned by conducting a Fun Shop after attending the workshop. Previous winners of this award may reapply after a 5 year period. 

This scholarship awards the recipient $500.00 which includes conducting a Fun Shop within an Omaha Artists, Inc. calendar year. The scholarship will be awarded at the March Omaha Artists Inc., meeting.

Applications can be submitted starting in November. Applications must be received by March 1, 2023.

Requirements:

  • Be a member of Omaha Artists Inc. in good standing
  • Have a sincere desire to improve their artistic skills.
  • Willing to share what they have learned by conducting a Fun Shop after attending their workshop
  • Have not received the scholarship in the past five years.
