All shows will have the following awards:

• Up to 4 Judges Recognition Awards, with no monetary prize

Special Awards

Joy Long Award for Exellence in Light and Atmosphere

This is a $50.00 cash prize graciously provided by the family of Joy Long after Joy passed away in 2014. The award is to go to an artist for "excellence in expressing light and atmosphere in the artist's chosen medium." Joy was a member of Omaha Artists Inc. for many, many years and was a talented artist winning awards in various media, including oil and watercolor. Her wonderful effects with focus on “light and atmosphere” made her artwork stand out. We are very thankful to Roy Long and his family for this ongoing memorial.
